Graphic Designer

  • Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Have at least 1 year experience in the field of creative design
  • Extra value added if you have Photography skills (Wedding/Portrait)
  • Strong -minded and open to criticism of work
  • Has a high natural creativity to produce a good picture or video

 

Duties and responsibilities of the job are as follows:

  • Responsible for digital processing of photos and videos for digital marketing purposes.
  • Provide creative ideas related to digital photo and video processing
  • Responsible for complying with all KPIs set by the company
  • Become a photographer for outdoor / indoor company portraits / products (Optional and extra skill)

Sale Assistant

  • Immediate recruitment to work in Bandar Perda
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Behave well and be positive
  • Willing to work outside office hours
  • Has high self -resilience and can work under stress
  • Can answer questions at any time, even at home (response allowance given)
  • Proficient in serving customers online (WA / FB / IG)
  • Having a laptop is an advantage

 

Job and Responsibility :

  • Always make sure all customer queries from all social media channels from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram are always answered.
  • Manage online sales and update payments made by customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, and potential customers.
  • Provide good service to customers.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets — with rewards
  • Handle a high number of leads.
  • Responsible in handling customer inquiries.
  • Record sales and update payments by customers.
  • Assist ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

Production Assistant

  • Proficient in fabric folding and packing
  • Experienced in stock management
  • Thorough and efficient
  • Able to learn new things
  • Have a vehicle
  • Single
  • Being able to sew is an advantage
  • Information Technology

    •  Manage and update the company’s official website.
    •  Install and configure online software / systems according to appropriate functions through specifications.
    • Prepare and inspect computer hardware to make sure it is working properly.
    •  Identify and be able to repair faulty computer systems or equipment.
    •  Explain to staff how to use the equipment, software or website.

     

    Job and Responsibility :

    •  Experience of at least 3 months in IT or related field
    •  Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
    •  Good time management skills.
    •  Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, information technology or a related field.
    •  Can work in a team

    Customer Service

    •  Print sales invoices.
    •  Check and resolve issues received from customers.
    •  Inspect the packaging.
    •  Contact the customer if there are any problems with the stock.
    •  Proactive in meeting customer needs and solving customer problems.

    Job and Responsibility :

    • At least a Diploma or Degree in management or equivalent.
    • Has knowledge in communication matters
    • Can communicate well by phone or writing
    • Strong knowledge of client business processes and techniques
    • Patient and can deal with problems from a wide variety of clients

    Marketing

    • Create email marketing
    • Interested in copywriting
    • Create Ads
    • Create content on all social media platforms
    • Plan and optimize online marketing campaigns using Ads Manager in Facebook
    • Have basic knowledge and proficiency in the use of computers
    • Has a deep interest in digital marketing, and wants a lot of knowledge in this field
    • Run other digital marketing campaigns

    Job and Responsibility :

    • At least 1-3 months experience in digital marketing.
    • Have skills in Facebook Ads
    • At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or its equivalent.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Penang
    • Attend company -supplied digital marketing training
    • Proficient in using online marketing platforms
    • Willing to learn new thing

    Finance

    • Handle full account work (full set)
    • Prepare monthly & annual budgets
    • Making a payment
    • Report daily sales quotes
    • Ensure all documentation is complete

    Conditions :

    • Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
    • Have at least 6 months working experience in a related field.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Inventory Staff

    • Inventory management in the entry, quantity, group & expiration system to generate goods received notes, transfers, returns or disposals during verification of physical stock, delivery notes, invoices and any related documents.
    • Assist in ad-hoc and official stock taking.
    • Check stock availability

    Conditions : 

    • Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Inventory Control / Logistics or equivalent.
    • Have at least 6 months working experience in a related field.

    • Features meticulous, proactive & able to manage stress
    • Able to work honestly under minimal supervision

    Photographer/Videographer & Editor

    • Perform photo and video content editing for advertisement and social media
    • Collaborate and share ideas with creative teams to create compelling video content
    • Has DSLR camera equipment for minor photoshoots and inhouse or outdoor videoshoots

    Conditions : 

    • Candidates must have Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in digital and multi-media, or a related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in video/ photo editing
    • Basic skills in editing software: Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Premiere Pro / Photoshop
    • Proactive and able to show initiative and contribute ideas on an ongoing basis
    • Able to work efficiently and effectively under minimal supervision
    • Self -motivated, positive -minded, responsible and trustworthy
    • Good communication skills
    • Can work in teams
